Originals stored in Cloudflare R2
Every photo and video is stored in Cloudflare R2, primarily in its Asia-Pacific region, until 30 days after the gallery closes. Then GuestDrop deletes the originals.
A copy in your Google Drive
Connect Google Drive and a copy of every photo and video goes into a folder in your own Drive, under your organization's Google account and its policies.
We keep event metadata
Our database holds event details such as names, dates and file references, not the photos themselves. It runs on Supabase Postgres in Sydney, Australia.
Encrypted, deletable, yours
Files are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2 and Supabase. Delete any photo, or the whole event, anytime from the dashboard. The Drive copy is yours and we never delete it. GDPR rights supported.
