How GuestDrop pricing works
GuestDrop stores every photo and video a guest uploads, and each event holds 10 GB free. If you connect Google Drive, a copy of each upload is also saved into your own Drive, on an account you already own.
No premium tier gates the core experience. Guest uploads, the gallery, downloads, and moderation stay free for every event, whether it's a wedding with hundreds of guests or a small birthday gathering.
Every event's gallery and guest uploads stay open free for up to 7 days after the event date. When that window closes, the GuestDrop-hosted gallery link and guest uploads close with it, and you have 30 more days to download every original as a ZIP. After that, GuestDrop deletes its originals. If you connected Google Drive, nothing is lost: a copy of every photo and video is already in your own Drive and stays there for as long as you keep that account.
Changed your mind? Email support@guestdrop.app for a full refund any time before your event's free window ends. After that the extension is in use, so it can't be refunded.

What is free?
Creating an event, guest uploads up to your event's storage allowance, the gallery for up to 7 days after the event date, downloads, moderation, the slideshow and QR codes. No account fee and no per-guest fee.
What does extending do?
Extending is a one-time payment for a single event. It keeps the hosted gallery open longer and raises that event's storage allowance. It costs $9 for 30 days or $19 for 1 year, charged in your local currency.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, any time before your event's free window ends. After that the extension is in use, so it can't be refunded. Email support@guestdrop.app.
Is there a subscription?
No. Nothing renews. You pay once, per event, and only if you want the gallery open longer or need more storage.
What if my event needs more than 10 GB?
Each event holds 10 GB free, and 20 GB once you extend the gallery. If you need more, a one-time +10 GB storage add-on is $19 for that event. Nothing renews.
