How each one differs
WedUploader
The closest match on storage: uploads go straight to your Google Drive. Its Premium price is not published on its own site. GuestDrop adds a free gallery and live slideshow with no unlock.
Snapeen
Positioned around a live gallery, slideshow and ZIP download. We have not checked its pricing page, so the figure above is a third-party report.
GuestPix
A QR collection tool with a gallery and digital guestbook, paid once per event and hosted on its own servers.
GuestCam
Browser-based uploads with voice messages for a digital guestbook. Paid once, no free plan, hosted on its own servers.
500Files
A simple file-collection page rather than a wedding product. We have not checked its pricing or storage, so we make no claim about either.
Google Photos
Free if everyone already uses Google Photos, but guests may need to sign in, and it is less streamlined than a dedicated QR upload page.
