How to pick between them.
Decide who should hold the photos.
WedUploader and GuestDrop save uploads to your own Google Drive. Every other app here keeps them on its own servers for a set time, from 7 days to 2 years, so plan when you'll download them.
Count the extras you'd actually use.
Invitations and RSVPs (Wedibox, GuestPix), AI selfie search (GuestCam), native mobile apps (EventPics) and a guestbook (GuestPix, GuestCam, WedUploader Premium) are real reasons to pay. If you'd use none of them, you're paying for the gallery alone.
Estimate your upload volume.
Kululu and Wedibox cap free uploads at 100 and 50, and the GuestPix trial stops at 50 photos. A 150-guest wedding can pass 1,000 uploads, so a free tier that looks fine on paper may not last the evening.
Where GuestDrop is the wrong choice.
GuestDrop doesn't offer AI selfie search the way GuestCam's MagicFind add-on does, doesn't ship a native iOS or Android app the way EventPics does, and doesn't bundle RSVP, seating charts, or a wedding website the way Wedibox does. It has no invitations or guestbook like GuestPix, and no custom event URL like Kululu Pro.
